Henry Shterenberg is a business strategist and a practicing entrepreneur with a MBA and 25 years of experience. He is an expert in international investment and trade and is a charismatic negotiator. At the age of 18, Henry moved from Ukraine to the United States. In 2003, he founded the region's largest sports and educational project for children—NESA LLC in Westwood, Massachusetts. From 2011 to 2016 he held the Head of International Relations position at the Ukraine Agro Valley Association. He was also a senior partner in the international financial company Briggs Capital. In 2017, Henry Shterenberg returned to Ukraine with a personal mission to develop the Economy of Trust. The principles of the Economy of Trust are based on transparent and close communication between businesses, municipalities and international stakeholders. In Ukraine, he held the position of Head of the Department of International Relations and Innovations at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. He was also an Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of the State Financial Institution SFII. In 2018, Henry organized the first Horasis International Meeting investment forum in Kyiv, Ukraine which was attended by business leaders from 32 countries. In November 2020, Mr. Shterenberg became president of the World Trade Center Kyiv, which is part of the global World Trade Center Association.

28-years of experience in the field of state securities and international finance. In the year of 1994, he became the author of the first issue of state securities in the post-Soviet space: first series of State Commodity Bonds of Material Resources of Ukraine for a total amount of 10 Billion US dollars. For the governments of some countries (in Europe, Asia, and Africa) Mr. Shmelov has developed dozens of different projects of extra-budgetary funding of national programs by issuing state, commodity, land, and municipal securities for a total amount about a hundred billion US dollars.

Mr. Stretovich is an experienced lawyer, scientist and politician. In 1994 he became a People's Deputy of Ukraine and at the age of 36 he headed the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy and Judicial and Legal Reform. He took an active part in the development of the new Constitution of Ukraine, for which he was awarded the title "Honored Lawyer of Ukraine''. From June 2002 to 2006, he headed the committee for combating organized crime and corruption. He also held the position of Associate Professor of the Department of Branch Legal Sciences at the Kyiv-Mohylanska Academy. Since February 2003, he has been President of the Eastern European Department and a member of the Board of Directors of the influential international organization Parliamentarians against Corruption and Organized Crime, headquartered in Canada.

Alexander Liakhov has a master’s degree in electro-mechanical engineering and a degree in International Business Management. Since 2002, he has led his own business in glassware production. Mr. Liakhov began a collaboration with Stewart Engineers Inc. (USA, NC) in 2009 and was appointed as VP of European and CIS Business Development in 2017. He has been focused on finding business opportunities in industrial projects, evaluating them, and making them happen. He is experienced in customer and investor negotiations and is excited about searching for new ideas which can be industrialized-- especially in recycling and energy-saving fields.

Alexander Chubatenko is an honored politician and civil activist. He was the People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the III and VII convocations. In 2003, Mr. Chubatenko graduated from the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management with a degree in international political science. From 2003 to 2012 he was President of the Center for Strategic Initiatives and from 2007 to 2009 he led the Department of Economics of the Kyiv Regional State Administration. Over the years, Alexander Chubatenko has shared his expertise in theories and practice of changing socio-economic formations and strategic development of state institutions. He is the author of the political strategy for the advanced development of Ukraine as well as the ideology TOMORROW.
